At CoveBalm, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, gently used items may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Return Process

    Securely pack the items in their original beauty packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

    Ship It Back

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
